Can I visit the gym before signing up?
Yes. You’re welcome to visit Neuewell before joining. Please visit the Pellicano Living office at South/City/SQ, Monday to Friday between 8am and 4pm and our team can assist you.
How do I access the gym after signing up?
Once you sign up, you’ll receive the information you need to collect your swipe card and access the gym.
How do I cancel my membership?
You can cancel your membership through Stripe. Membership payments are charged every two weeks, so please make sure you cancel before your next scheduled payment.
Is Neuewell open 24/7?
Yes. Members have access to Neuewell 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Is there free parking?
Yes. You can access up to 2 hours of free parking at South/City/SQ.
